At Tetraaad Hygiene Building Cleaning Equipment LLC, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality cleaning and hygiene products with excellent service.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Policy

We offer a 3-day return policy within the UAE. This means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at 📧 info@tetraaad.com with your order details and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back.
Please note: Items sent to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging and delivering your orders. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately upon delivery.
We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used cleaning chemicals or liquids

  • Personal care or hygiene items

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

In addition, sale items, clearance products, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return your original item first (after approval), and then place a new order for the product you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
