1. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, please adhere to the following conditions:
- Time Frame: You have 5 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
- Condition: The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Defective & Non-Defective: We accept returns for both defective items and non-defective items (e.g., change of mind), provided they meet the condition criteria above.
2. How to Return (In-Store Only) Currently, we only accept returns in person at our warehouse. We do not offer return shipping or drop-off points.
- Please bring the item along with your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) to our location:

3. Refunds Once we receive your item at our store, we will inspect it.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or as agreed).
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 5 days for the refund to be processed.
- Fees: There are no restocking fees for returning an item.
4. Exchanges We do not accept exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
