To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To request a return, please email us at info@tetraaad.com. If approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue. Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, customized or personalized products, personal care items, and hazardous materials. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

For exchanges, the quickest method is to return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.
